1. Order Policy
At Flora Chloris, we strive to provide the freshest blooms. Please note that floral availability depends on the season. In the event that a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.
2. Delivery & Handling
We deliver within General Santos City and surrounding areas in South Cotabato. To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate recipient details. Our team is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once the arrangement has been created or delivered.
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
4. Payments
Full payment is required to confirm an order. We accept bank transfers, GCash, and major credit cards as listed during the checkout process or via our Facebook messaging service.
